- Confirmation code, date and payment method if a charge occurred.

- The booking holder can ask for help with its payment.
Steps
- Check the appointment detail and status before paying again. A slow response does not establish that a payment failed.
- Check the transaction with the payment method used. Keep the available date, amount and reference.
- Open Support, choose Consultation payments and explain whether a payment is missing, duplicated or has another issue. Include the booking code and payment method.
