Distinguish profile questions from private conversations.

- An account is needed to ask; the profile’s lawyer answers.

- Profile questions and answers may be publicly displayed.
Steps
- Open the question action on the lawyer profile and complete title, content and category. Review your displayed name and the anonymity option.
- Submit a general question without confidential details. Use the answer-notification option if you want follow-up.
- As the lawyer, open Questions in your dashboard, filter Pending or Answered and select a question.
