- Sign in with authorized conversation access; starting a lawyer chat may require a reservation.
- Who can do this
- A consultation conversation belongs to its participants, not every member of a firm.
Steps
- Open Messages or Send message to lawyer from an appointment detail. Sign in first if prompted on a public profile.
- If LeyFind requires a reservation, complete that step. Another firm membership does not grant access to the conversation.
- Check the recipient before writing. Send the message and verify it appears in the thread; open files only when needed.
