Steps
- Open Analytics for booking, assignment, appointment and review measures. Read each indicator’s description.
- In Opportunity report, choose From and To and apply the period. Dates are inclusive in Lima time and can span up to 366 days.
- Distinguish Current workload, showing today’s pending work, from Period activity, counting events recorded within the dates.
